Lucy Writes a PlayS1 E17When Ricky refuses to appear in Lucy's play "A Tree Grows in Havana," she rewrites it as "The Perils of Pamela." Ricky learns that a Hollywood producer will see the show, so he appears onstage dressed for the original version of Lucy's play.

Fred and Ethel FightS1 E22Lucy tries to re-unite Fred and Ethel after their fight, by inviting them both to dinner, without telling each of them that the other is invited. As they make up over dinner, Lucy and Ricky argue and Lucy pretends that she was run over by a bus.
The MustacheS1 E23Ricky won't shave off his mustache for Lucy so she glues on a beard in retaliation, using liquid cement by mistake. When a movie producer visits and enjoys Lucy's veiled Arabian dance, she is stuck when he asks to see her face.
The GossipS1 E24When Ricky tells Lucy to quit gossiping, she acts out -- rather than tells -- some gossip to Ethel about Betty and her husband, Jack. The boys bet the girls to see who can prevent themselves from gossiping the longest.
Pioneer WomenS1 E25Ricky and Fred can't believe how pampered their wives are. They think women have it easy in their day and age, and that Lucy and Ethel couldn't survive living at the turn of the century like their grandmothers.
The Marriage LicenseS1 E26Lucy finds a mistake on her marriage license and goes to City Hall to fix it. Fred has a friend at the license bureau, so Ricky has them jokingly revoke the license. Lucy insists that she and Ricky recreate their wedding exactly as it happened.
KleptomaniacS1 E27When Ricky sees Lucy sneaking silver items into their closet, he thinks she's a kleptomaniac. Fred and Ricky question her when they see her hide a cuckoo clock under her coat.
Cuban PalsS1 E28Lucy is jealous of one of Ricky's female Cuban friends, a woman named Renita. Lucy and Ethel dress as cleaning women to spy on Renita and Ricky at rehearsal. Lucy is appalled, and arranges for Fred to take Renita to the show by way of Philadelphia.
The FreezerS1 E29Lucy and Ethel decide to make some extra money by buying a used, walk-in freezer. When they unwittingly buy 700 pounds of beef, they try to sell it to customers at the butcher shop. Lucy later finds herself locked in the freezer.
Lucy Does a TV CommercialS1 E30Lucy gets a job in a TV commercial by telling the chosen actress that another girl's been hired; at the studio, Lucy rehearses tasting spoonfuls of the product, "Vitameatavegamin," but the contents of the product contain far too much alcohol.
Publicity AgentS1 E31Lucy thinks Ricky could use some added publicity in the society columns, so she poses as visiting royalty. She disguises herself as the Maharincess of Franistan who has traveled halfway around the world to see her singing idol, Ricky Ricardo.
